Now introducing the latest in our Island Reserve series, featuring the award-winning Miranda's Farms located in Ka'u on the Big Island of HI. This partnership features their Red Catuai varietal which showcases the unique terroir of Ka'u. Known for it's clean, bright cup with subtle sweetness and balanced acidity, the Red Catuai varietal originated from a cross between Mundo Novo and Caturra varietals in Brazil. 

This Island Reserve Ka'u is roasted to a light roast that lends vibrant tasting notes of apple, melon and honey, creating a refreshingly smooth and sweet experience.

Nestled in the volcanic slopes of Ka'u, Miranda's Farms is a 30-acre family farm dedicated to producing award-winning 100% Ka'u coffee. With roots in farming in El Salvador, Jose and Berta Miranda started as macadamia nut and coffee pickers in Hawaii circa the early 2000's. In 2006, Jose, Berta, and their 4 children made the decision to start a 10 acre farm of their own, later adding another 20 acres. The concepts of faith and humility have been the foundations of their business, and their passion for growing top-notch coffee clearly shows in your cup. 


All purchases of our Island Reserve coffee will include a limited edition collector's pin.

Founded in 2006 on the Big Island of Hawaii in Pahala, Moaula Cloud Rest, Miranda Farms is the heart and soul of Jose and Berta Miranda and their four children, Maria, Ana, Carlos, and Gabriel. Built on a foundation of faith, humility, and family, their award-winning coffee is cultivated with love on the lush, green slopes of Mauna Loa.
