Founded in 2006 on the Big Island of Hawaii in Pahala, Moaula Cloud Rest, Miranda Farms is the heart and soul of Jose and Berta Miranda and their four children, Maria, Ana, Carlos, and Gabriel. Built on a foundation of faith, humility, and family, their award-winning coffee is cultivated with love on the lush, green slopes of Mauna Loa.

At an elevation of 1600 feet, Miranda Farms’ unique weather patterns and volcanic soil create the perfect environment for growing exceptional coffee. The 100% Ka’u Red Catuai varietal, a hybrid of Mundo Novo and Caturra from Brazil, is celebrated for its clean, bright flavors and balanced acidity.
This single-origin light roast offers vibrant notes of apple, melon, and honey, creating a refreshingly smooth and sweet experience with each sip.
