WHAT IS A COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION?
A coffee subscription is the most convenient way to enjoy your favorite, quality Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii. We automatically send you a batch of your favorite coffee based on your chosen frequency. The program is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need.
You always have complete control over your coffee subscriptions orders. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, quantity, and coffee anytime by visiting ‘Manage Subscriptions’ located here. Changes to orders can be made any time within 24 hours of the next scheduled charge date, and you can cancel or skip your shipment at any time. How Do Our Subscription Discounts Work?
We’re excited to offer free shipping on all recurring subscription orders, along with tiered discounts of 5% off for 2 subscriptions, 10% off for 3, and 15% off for 4 or more. These discounts apply to all recurring orders that come from a subscription and are automatically applied at checkout. However, they do not apply to non-subscription items in your cart.
Here’s the discount structure for the subscription plan:
- 2 subscriptions = 5% off
- 3 subscriptions = 10% off
- 4 or more subscriptions = 15% off
How do existing subscribers get the new deals and discounts?
If you're already a subscriber, you can still enjoy our new tiered discounts and free shipping! To access these deals, you'll need to create a new subscription bundle. Please note that the discounts are applied to bundles, so if you cancel one of the subscriptions in the bundle, you will lose the tiered percentage-off offers. To regain the discount, you’ll need to recreate the bundle without the canceled subscription.

What is included in the free shipping offer?
Our free shipping offer applies to all subscription orders with eligible shipping rates under $20. Free shipping is available through economy flat rate shipping or FedEx SmartPost. Please note that this offer is designed for standard shipping methods and does not apply to expedited or premium shipping options.
If your shipping rate exceeds $20, standard rates will apply. For more details or assistance with shipping options, feel free to reach out to our support team!
DO I NEED A WEBSITE ACCOUNT TO HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION?
A website account is highly recommended, but not required. A website account will make it easier to manage all your subscriptions, one-time purchases, shipping, and billing information in one place. If you sign up for a subscription without an account, you will still receive subscription order notification emails.
HOW OFTEN WILL I GET MY NEW COFFEE BEANS?
This is completely up to you! We want to offer a subscription that best serves YOUR needs. We have options of frequencies ranging from one to eight weeks, allowing for the most flexibility to cater to your lifestyle.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You will be billed the day you order your subscription. Subsequently, charges will be consistent with the frequency of your subscription order date at midnight.
HOW ARE SUBSCRIPTIONS AFFECTED BY THE GLOBAL COFFEE SHORTAGE?
Subscriptions can be affected by global supply chain issues. These can cause certain products to be discontinued that are part of your subscription package. In this case, we will do our best to notify the customer prior to the upcoming charge date to swap the subscription out with another equivalent coffee. We will always try to notify the customer prior to the change. Please reach out to Customer Care if you have any questions or would like coffee suggestions.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION?
If you have created an account with Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, you will be able to manage your subscription by logging into this account. Using this link, log into your account with us. From there, you will be able to view your current subscriptions and manage them accordingly. You have the options of changing your roast type, grind type and shipping frequency.
You also have the option to manage your subscription by following the link "Manage Subscription" included in your most recent subscription order notification email.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
To cancel your account, log in and click "Manage Subscription" or find your most recent subscription order notification email and click "Manage Subscription". From there, click "Edit" on the subscription you would like to cancel then click "Cancel Subscription" on the left-hand side of the page. Please give us some feedback on why you decided to cancel so we can learn how to better serve you in the future!
