RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Coffee, Teas and Treats: We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on our coffee as all of our coffee is shipped to our customers to ensure peak freshness. Merchandise: We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unused merchandise. Customers must pay shipping for returns to receive a full order refund to the original payment method. |
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions:
- All food, coffee, and tea items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is damaged or defective
- Returned or exchanged items must be returned in original product packaging
- Returned or exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email customercare@badasscoffee.com with your order number in the subject line.
- State the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- From there, an exchange or return will be initiated.
- For returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- For exchanges, a return label will be sent to the customer to print and ship back to our warehouse. Once the items are received to our warehouse, items will undergo a quality inspection and exchanged items will be shipped out.

Additional Information:
Refunds and replacement products will be provided once the product is received by Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii. Please keep the tracking information provided to you upon shipping the return to better manage this process. Once the item is received to our warehouse in Centennial, Colorado there will be a quality inspection and, if passed, the refund will be processed and/or the replacement product will be sent.
For exchanges, Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii will cover the shipping and insurance fees of the returned product and replacement product upon quality inspection.
Damaged and/or used items will not be accepted. If damaged and/or used items are returned, the customer will not receive any reimbursement for the product.
