Pour Over
• Grind Size: Medium-fine
• Water Temp: 197 -203F (91-95 C)
• Ratio: 1:18 coffee to water
• Time: 2.5 - 4 minutes
Instructions: Rinse filter with hot water and discard the rinse water. Place coffee grounds flat in the filter and add enough water to saturate the grounds and begin the bloom. At 45 seconds, begin adding water incrementally in gentle swirling motions until the desired water volume has been reached.
Storage Tips: Store beans in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid refrigerating or freezing. Grind just before brewing for the best flavor.
