My order is a gift… do you include price information on your packing slips?

If you are ordering a gift through Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, please indicate this in the checkout process. Write your gift message in the special message box located in the checkout process. Then, your package will receive a gift receipt if there is a gift message inputted.

Can I place a large order (for my clients, employees, etc.)?

Yes! We curate and build uniquely Badass gift baskets for offices, large teams, and special events. Please email us at customercare@badasscoffee.com for all custom orders and/or corporate gifting requests and we will follow up with you regarding your request.

Can I make adjustments/changes to my order after placing it?

Yes, you can! Any adjustments or changes must be communicated to us within 2 hours from when you place the order. After that we will not be able to make any changes.

How much does shipping cost?

All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii does not levy any handling fees or additional shipping charges. All shipping rates are provided directly by the third-party shipping carrier at time of checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipments can be subject to local duties and taxes.

Duties can depend on several factors, set by your country's customs authorities, such as:
• The value of the items being shipped.
• The type of the items being shipped and attributes such materials used to make them.
• Any taxes imposed on items originating from the United States.

As the customer, you are responsible for any taxes or duties on shipment, and your local laws may require you to pay them before you can receive your order.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Royal Aloha Enterprise utilizes third party carriers to fulfill our shipping requirements. These carriers include FedEx Ground, FedEx SmartPost, UPS Ground, FedEx2Day, UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx Overnight, and UPS Next Day Air. Royal Aloha Enterprise is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Your order is shipped from our warehouse located in Centennial, Colorado. All shipping estimates can be calculated by adding an item to your cart, initiating the checkout process, and entering your country, state, and zip code in which calculates shipping estimates accordingly from our facility.

Where can I find my order confirmation?

You will receive an email notification to the email address used when placing the order. This is typically sent within a few minutes after completing the checkout process but may sometimes takes longer. If you do not receive an email within an hour, you may want to double check the email address used when placing the order, or your spam and clutter folders. If you still cannot find an order confirmation, please reach out to us at customercare@badasscoffee.com.

I paid with Amazon Payments. Where can I find my Amazon Payments order confirmation?

Amazon Payments is a third party payment service. They will send their own order confirmation. It will be sent to the email set up on the Amazon account. For further information, please visit Amazon Pay's support page: Viewing orders and transactions.

When will I receive my order?

We typically process and fulfill your order within one (1) to five (5) business days of placing your order. Shipping durations varies depending on the chosen shipping method. Delivery date estimates can be found on the table located on our shipping page.

How can I find or track my order?

Tracking will be listed on an email from our store as soon as the product ships. If you do not receive an email within five (5) business days of placing your order, please reach out to customercare@badasscoffee.com.

How can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We are unable to change or cancel once it has been placed. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

Delivery Issues

Why does my order say it's been delivered when I haven't received it yet?

If your order status indicates Delivered but you can’t locate the package, it’s possible the carrier marked it delivered by accident. Carriers typically resolve this error within a day or two. Meanwhile, we recommend you check around the property, with your neighbors, or your building manager. If the order has still not been retrieved within two days, reach out to the chosen third-party courier with your tracking number.

Some of my items have been damaged in transit, what do I do?

Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii is not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, it is recommended that you file a claim with the chosen courier so that you can be reimbursed for an item if it is lost or destroyed in transit.
