Bad Ass Coffee Subscriptions

A website account is highly recommended, but not required. A website account will make it easier to manage all your subscriptions, one-time purchases, shipping, and billing information in one place. If you sign up for a subscription without an account, you will still receive subscription order notification emails.

This is completely up to you! We want to offer a subscription that best serves YOUR needs. We have options of frequencies ranging from one to eight weeks, allowing for the most flexibility to cater to your lifestyle.

You will be billed the day you order your subscription. Subsequently, charges will be consistent with the frequency of your subscription order date at midnight.

Subscriptions can be affected by global supply chain issues. These can cause certain products to be discontinued that are part of your subscription package. In this case, we will do our best to notify the customer prior to the upcoming charge date to swap the subscription out with another equivalent coffee. We will always try to notify the customer prior to the change. Please reach out to Customer Care if you have any questions or would like coffee suggestions.

If you have created an account with Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, you will be able to manage your subscription by logging into this account. Using this link, log into your account with us. From there, you will be able to view your current subscriptions and manage them accordingly. You have the options of changing your roast type, grind type and shipping frequency.

You also have the option to manage your subscription by following the link "Manage Subscription" included in your most recent subscription order notification email.

To cancel your account, log in and click "Manage Subscription" or find your most recent subscription order notification email and click "Manage Subscription". From there, click "Edit" on the subscription you would like to cancel then click "Cancel Subscription" on the left-hand side of the page. Please give us some feedback on why you decided to cancel so we can learn how to better serve you in the future!

A prepaid subscription is paid upfront and in full when the order is processed. For a prepaid subscription, you will only be charged once for the total amount of the order. Your order will continue to be delivered once a month for the chosen duration, three months or six months, but will only be charged on the initial order date.

Prepaid subscriptions will be placed in our order queue the day after it is ordered. Following that, your subscription will be charged and fulfilled a month from the original order date and so on for the monthly duration chosen.
